About our hiring process

We follow a standard hiring methodology for all employees from our administrative team to our senior directors. Upon reviewing your cover letter and resume, we may invite you for a 30-minute phone screening. This may be followed by two rounds of deep-dive interviews, each consisting of a 90-minute behavioral interview and a 90-minute case study interview. If you are selected to continue, we will request that you provide a 5-10 slide business proposal followed by a 60-minute exam. Top remaining performers are invited to a final panel interview, followed by a 1:1 interview with our CEO.
